When I say Chick-fil-A-level customer service, I mean it! 😂 I came into the chat with a LONG list of questions about potentially moving a client’s website and domain to GreenGeeks, including questions about the transition, email, hosting, website management, and what we could expect going forward. The representative was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. Every question was addressed clearly, and I never felt rushed or like I was getting generic, scripted responses. They took the time to make sure I actually understood my options and what the transition would involve. By the end of the conversation, I felt much more confident about moving forward with GreenGeeks. What I absolutely love about GreenGeeks is the technical support. For someone with little to no knowledge about what it takes to setup and manage a website, their IT support was super amazing. I never felt like I was asking too many questions. They were patient with me and where necessary showed me a step by step guide on how to transfer my files from a previous domain. They even used screenshots with the little red circles and arrows, showing me exactly what to do. Cost-wise, I am certainly open to downward review, otherwise great support every time.
