Agency Arena
Stop shortlisting hosts. Make them pitch you.
Post a hosting brief on HostList and the five best-fit hosts compete for your client portfolio. Matches are filtered by real partner-program fit and ranked by HRI, the daily-recalculated Hosting Reliability Index that no host can pay to move. You hold your contact details until you decide a pitch deserves them.
How it works
Post a brief
Two minutes, one form: workload, sites under management, region, and what you need from a partner program. Confirm by email; no account setup, no password.
Five hosts compete
Your brief goes only to hosts whose declared program actually fits it, ranked by HRI. A field of five, so every pitch is written for you, not broadcast.
You pick the winner
Structured pitches land in your private brief thread: offer, agency terms, migration support. Your contact details stay masked until you engage the pitch you like.
The rules of the Arena
- Exposure is earned, never bought. Hosts reach you through program fit and HRI rank alone.
- Partner-program details are disclosed facts. They never touch a host's HRI.
- No host sees your email or phone until you engage their pitch.
- Briefs expire after fourteen days, so every pitch you receive is live and current.
Questions agencies ask
How does the Agency Arena work?
You post a short structured brief: what you run for clients, how many sites, region, and what you need from a partner program. HostList matches it against every declared partner program in the directory, and the five best-fit hosts pitch into your brief thread. You pick who to reply to.
Can hosts pay to appear in my matches?
No. Matching filters by program fit, stack, and region, then ranks by HRI, the Hosting Reliability Index computed daily from public evidence. Neither the match, the order, nor the HRI can be bought.
Will hosts get my email address?
No. Hosts pitch into a fenced thread on HostList. Your contact details stay masked until you choose to engage a specific pitch, and only that host receives them.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Posting briefs, receiving pitches, and engaging hosts are free for agencies.
How long does a brief stay open?
Fourteen days from the moment you confirm it by email. Hosts see a countdown, which keeps pitches prompt. You can post a new brief any time.
