November 15, 2024 - I’ve been using Rocket for several months now and can highly recommend them. Support is instant and always highly competent. TTFB is always an A score with 98-100% on speedvitals.
April 2, 2025 - I have tried rocket.net in the past, and it has been pretty good. WPX was average to good, but nothing more. ... I've never tried them but I just want to share I'm hosting all my WordPress sites with NixiHost, and I couldn't be happier. I've got no problems with site speed, and they

I have a shared hosting plan for 11 websites on GoDaddy which is about $650 a year for the plan I have, plus $1200 a year for godaddy security and backup whatever service for 10 sites. About half of my sites are Wordpress and the rest are outdated offline builders that will hopefully be replaced by
March 8, 2026 - GoDaddy's aggressive upsells and inconsistent support have been aired quite a lot recently, same with Hostinger's drop in support quality and the sharp renewal pricing. Understandable to want out. For budget shared hosting, Hetzner or Netcup are both good value for money, and Digital

March 16, 2022 - I'm a reseller thru GoDaddy - they used to be better but now their support teams are horrible. I've been selling thru them for about 20 years and I'm getting ready to leave - taking my clients and my hundreds of domains. I would never choose Namecheap and Namesilo is a close second.
I’m looking for some advice on Namecheap. I’m at a bit of a crossroads and hoping some of you who have used it can help. Here's the deal: I
I am thoroughly frustrated and downright exasperated with Namecheap and their horrible service. Today I spent nearly 1 hour chatting with
#### What's great I registered hormoneharmonyhq.health through Namecheap and it was the easiest part of setting up my entire business. No upsell hell at checkout, no hidden renewal prices that triple after year one, no forced add-ons. The domain management dashboard is clean and straightforward — DN
I already have my domains with namecheap, so I'm trying to decide it Namecheap would be good fit for my sites, I currently have four sites, with one hosting plan with main domain and then three addon domains, the addon domain pulls in more traffic then the main domain. Here is screenshot of traffic
No Namecheap hosting review would be complete without addressing potential shortcomings: Limited Resources: Namecheap's shared hosting plans, while incredibly cheap, do have some restrictions on storage and bandwidth, making them less suited for high-traffic websites.
February 7, 2024 - They do give you a premium SSL certificate (up to 50) for free for the first year, but then you'll have to renew it at a price of $13 per year. That's still a reasonable total cost if you only have one or two sites, but if you are looking to host multiple sites and pay $13 per yea
Looking to migrate ~60 sites to a VPS . Fastcomet used to be good with 10-15 min turnaround on ticket support. Now they've been bought by
FastComet is degrading. If you're looking for a web host with only five star reviews everywhere in the past 15 years I can recommend one.
i m willing to buy from fastcomet for 3 years i want your reviews ? or suggest me any good share hosting Archived post. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be
Due to budget limitations we can only afford shared hosting . I was looking at fastcomet recently and saw their FastCloud Extra plan. Everything seemed good until I saw... Every single site hacked on Fastcomet Has anyone else had every single site hacked on a managed server package with over a hundr
I was a client of Fastcomet for several years until a disaster struck recently. My website suddenly went down due to server issues at the company. Instead of loading, it... I used Fastcomet, ditched them for Contabo VPS, but honestly FC has very good and responsive support. I even troubleshoot some
January 18, 2025 - The servers are pretty fast for shared web hosting, no slowness issues or downtime. Support is very quick and responsive. They use cPanel (best control panel IMO) with WordPress Toolkit (automatic WordPress installation, updates, staging, etc.)
December 6, 2024 - Both ScalaHosting and Cloudways are gems in their own way — it really comes down to what you’re looking for in a hosting provider 🧐.
August 26, 2025 - Hi all! Years ago I hosted a friend's web page in my VPS, as a favor. He recommended this service to other friend. I hosted her site, too. I now host 5 web sites in my VPS. Plain php files. No Wordpress or similar. Traffic is not that high either. Once uploaded, I've been asked to
To make things worse, even though the server was inaccessible, DigitalOcean continued charging me for it daily. After 4 days with no response from support, I deleted the host entirely. Their handling of the situation was unprofessional, slow, and costly. I cannot recommend DigitalOcean after this ex

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is Social Noise?
Social Noise is our real-time feed of what people are publicly saying about web hosting companies across X (Twitter), Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms. We surface genuine user opinions, the good, the bad, and the ugly, so you can see unfiltered feedback before choosing a host.
How do you collect these mentions?
We use automated search tools to monitor social media platforms for posts mentioning hosting companies in our directory. Each mention is classified by sentiment (good, bad, or mixed) and linked back to the original post and the host's profile on Hostlist.
How is sentiment determined?
Each mention is read for its overall meaning, not just for negative or positive keywords, and classified as Good (a positive experience or recommendation, even one that mentions a past problem but concludes satisfied), Bad (a genuine complaint or negative experience), or Mixed/Ugly (a nuanced take with real pros and cons). Posts from a host's own account, and promotional or affiliate copy, are excluded entirely rather than scored.
How often is Social Noise updated?
Social Noise is refreshed daily. We scan for new mentions across all monitored platforms every 24 hours and add them to the feed. The page itself revalidates every 2 minutes to show the latest data.
Can I filter by platform or sentiment?
Yes. Use the filter pills at the top to narrow by platform (X, Instagram, TikTok, Other) or sentiment (Good, Bad, Mixed). Filters can be combined to see, for example, only negative mentions on X.
