The free Monitor tier is genuinely useful and self-serve: no sales call, no card, and it identifies senders by name using Valimail's catalogue. It caps out at basic visibility, and the step up to Enforce is a cliff, with Starter publicly listed from around 5,000 dollars a year. That prices out small businesses and most hosting upsells.

Valimail is the right choice for an organisation with many sending sources and no appetite for DNS work, especially on Microsoft 365. It is not a reseller product and has no hosting-panel integration.
