EasyDMARC is the most MSP-shaped platform in this category. The DMARC engine itself is standard: hosted records, aggregate-report parsing, a guided path from p=none to p=reject. What it adds is the operational layer an MSP needs to run authentication for fifty client domains without fifty logins: a multi-tenant console, PSA and RMM integrations so tickets and billing land in the systems the MSP already uses, and reports that carry the MSP brand rather than EasyDMARC.

The SPF-flattening tool is worth calling out. SPF records fail silently once they exceed ten DNS lookups, and businesses that use Google Workspace, a CRM, a marketing platform and a help desk hit that limit fast. EasyDMARC rewrites the record into IP ranges and keeps it updated, which removes the most common reason DMARC deployments stall.
For a single business the free tier is fine for monitoring, but the paid plans are priced above PowerDMARC and dmarcian for the same domain count. EasyDMARC makes sense when you are buying the MSP tooling, not just the DMARC.
Category context: Hosted SPF, DKIM and DMARC management with aggregate-report parsing. Stops your domain being spoofed and keeps mail out of spam. Sold direct and, increasingly, white-labelled through hosts and MSPs.
DMARC, SPF and DKIM management platform with a WHMCS module and a white-label channel programme aimed at hosts and MSPs.
Compare →The original DMARC reporting platform, founded by a co-author of the DMARC specification, priced by sending source rather than domain.
Compare →DMARC product inside the Red Sift security platform, with dynamic SPF, automated DKIM and MTA-STS alongside domain and certificate monitoring.
Compare →EasyDMARC is a hosted DMARC, SPF and DKIM management platform. It parses the aggregate reports mailbox providers send, shows which services send mail as your domain, and guides you to an enforcement policy. It is best known for its MSP programme, which adds a multi-tenant console, PSA integrations and white-label reporting.
A free tier covers basic monitoring for one domain. The Plus plan is around 36 dollars a month billed annually for two domains, with Premium at roughly 72 dollars a month for four domains and MTA-STS support. MSPs are on a separate pay-as-you-grow model priced per client domain.
SPF records are limited to ten DNS lookups. Every include for a third-party sender uses one or more, so a business with several SaaS tools can break its own SPF without noticing. Flattening replaces the includes with the resolved IP ranges and keeps them current, so the record stays valid as vendors change their infrastructure.
dmarcian is the older, more analytical tool and prices by sending source rather than domain, which suits organisations with a few domains and many senders. EasyDMARC prices by domain and adds MSP tooling. Pick dmarcian for depth of reporting on your own domains, EasyDMARC for running authentication for clients.
