JOIN THE TEAM BUILDING AN AI-FIRST COMPANY πŸš€

Hostinger serves more than 5.5 million clients across 150 countries, but we're still excited about what we're creating next.

AI is changing how we build products, support customers, work together, and solve problems. It helps us move faster, spend less time on repetitive work, and focus on bigger ideas.

If you want your work to influence both what we build and how we build it, we'd like to meet you.

Our culture: Guided by 10 company principles https://www.hostinger.com/principles.

YOUR ROLE AT HOSTINGER

Every month, millions of people land on hostinger.com http://hostinger.com deciding, in seconds, whether to trust us with their business idea. What they see in that window - the message, the flow, the friction - moves more revenue than almost anything else we ship. That's the seat you're stepping into.

Join Hostinger's Websites team and help us turn that first moment into growth. As Head of Websites, you'll lead the technical Websites team, UX design, and CRO teams as one function - some reporting to you directly, others through a matrix - setting the strategy, owning the roadmap, and making the call on what we test next and why. This isn't a maintenance role. It's ownership of the highest-leverage surface we have.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

- Ownership - Own the website and CRO roadmap end-to-end - strategy, prioritization, and the KPIs that prove it worked.

- Initiative - Don't wait for a brief. Find where the funnel leaks revenue and turn it into a tested change.

- Collaboration - Align product, marketing, and design around one website strategy, and represent CRO when roadmaps compete for engineering time.

BEYOND THAT, YOU WILL

- Build and scale the team β€” hire and develop the managers and specialists who run Websites and CRO day to day.

- Set the technical direction for the CMS, analytics stack, and web tooling the teams rely on, with a multi-year view on where that stack needs to go.

- Continuously monitor conversion, engagement, and revenue KPIs, and report ROI and business impact to executive leadership.

- Conduct market and competitor research to identify where Hostinger is behind and where it can move first.

- Stay ahead of what's changing in web development, performance marketing, and AI-driven web tools β€” and bring it in before competitors do.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED

- Performance marketing, CRO, or web product understanding, including several years leading through managers rather than leading a team directly.

- A demonstrated record of owning revenue or conversion outcomes at company scale, with numbers to back it.

- Hands-on familiarity with web development, CMS platforms, and analytics tooling β€” enough to set the technical bar, not just read the dashboard.

- Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and scaling cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability, with a data-driven approach to decisions you can defend under challenge.

- Excellent stakeholder communication, with the ability to influence and negotiate with people who don't report to you, up to the C-suite.

- A strategic, customer-centric mindset, with the willingness to be direct and back an opinion with research even when it's unpopular.

- Experience in web hosting, website builders, or a comparable customer-facing web platform, ideally at meaningful scale.

- Prior experience operating at VP or equivalent executive scope, with direct ownership of budget and multi-team org design, is a strong advantage.

- Experience in a SaaS business, ideally one with a self-serve, high-volume customer base.

- A track record of owning conversion outcomes at meaningful scale, not just running individual experiments.

We test for: a strategic, customer-centric mindset, the willingness to be direct and back an opinion with research even when it's unpopular and a demonstrated record of shipping website work that moved the numbers.
