You support leaders in embedding our values into everyday team practices, helping them build high-performing, healthy teams that can scale with the business. You bridge the gap between high-level business goals and the daily employee experience, ensuring our people strategy is well executed, scalable, and thoughtfully evolved as the business grows. You are comfortable navigating contractual obligations, employment adjustments, and terminations with rigorous compliance and human empathy. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> CSE Management: Proven experience managing relations and maintaining a constructive, transparent dialogue with the Comité Social et Économique (CSE). </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Remote/Hybrid Mastery: You understand the nuances of building culture and trust across time zones and screens. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Strategic Project Leadership: A proven track record of leading transformative People projects (e.g., revamped leveling frameworks, global L&D programs) from ideation to execution. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Influential Communication: Exceptional English storytelling skills.
