WordPress Hosting Migration Service

Move WordPress to a new host without downtime.

Move an existing WordPress or WooCommerce site to a new hosting provider without changing its design, content, domain, or URL structure. We copy and test the destination, protect DNS and email records, sync final database changes, handle cutover, and monitor both servers before the old account is closed.

Why teams switch

Three problems we see on every project.

A plugin can copy WordPress while missing mailboxes, DNS records, cron jobs, cache rules, redirects, or server configuration.

Stores and memberships keep accepting writes during a migration, so a first database copy can lose orders, accounts, and form entries.

Changing the registrar, nameservers, email, and hosting in one window makes rollback needlessly difficult.

FAQ

Can you move WordPress to a new host without changing the domain?

Yes. The domain can stay at its current registrar while DNS points to the new server. Keeping registration separate during cutover reduces risk and makes rollback easier.

Will a hosting migration change my URLs or SEO?

Not if the same domain, paths, content, canonical tags, and URL structure are preserved. Host-only moves normally do not need a redirect map. We verify crawler access, status codes, canonicals, robots rules, sitemap availability, and server response after cutover.

How do you avoid losing WooCommerce orders?

We agree a short order freeze or run a final database delta sync immediately before DNS cutover. Checkout, payment webhooks, transactional email, scheduled actions, and recent orders are tested again on the destination.

Does the migration include email and DNS?

DNS planning and record preservation are included. Mailbox transfer is scoped separately because it depends on the source and destination mail systems, mailbox count, storage, and whether the addresses can be synchronised with IMAP.

When can I cancel the old hosting account?

Only after DNS has propagated, the destination has passed production checks, and the old server logs show that requests have stopped. We keep a rollback window rather than cancelling immediately after the DNS change.
